Wanted to let you know that you have made my mom very happy.  She is so pleased with her new faucet.  We had it installed about two weeks ago, and it works perfect, and was exactly like her old one.  My mom does not except change well, and she was worried that the faucet was not going to be like her "old" one.  When she saw it and it was installed you would have thought I gave her a million dollars! 

Thank you for making my "82" year young mom so happy.  I have given your name to the plumber who installed the faucet, as he was also surprised that you had things like this online.  I think he may start doing business with you also.  I know that I am in hopes of replacing all my moms "old" fixtures with newer within the year.  She also has an old Claw foot tub, and the faucets on it really need replacing.  I am going to take measurements and see if you have something for it also.

I made a call to one of your competitors yesterday because I had water leaking from my hot water tank. They referred me to yourselves and so I made a call. Within 1.5 hours a service man was at the house to take a look. He advised that we required a new water tank and that he would be back today to install. He was bang on time, took exactly the amount of time he said he would to do the installation, there was no mess and he was a very pleasant guy.

I know companies are used to getting complaints so I hope that it is nice for your company to receive a complimentary email. I am in the service industry and it is not often we get compliments but I know it is a good feeling when we do. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Unfortunately I did not get the guys name who made the call today.

We recently had a new water heater installed on December 23rd at our house. We just wanted to thank you and express our sincere gratitude to your wonderful technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly and it was very obvious very good at what he does. He was very educational in letting us know all the do's and dont's of the water heater. We don't have a regular plumbing outfit, but because of your technician, will use Canadian Water Heaters Ltd for any future needs you can help us with.  6 months ago I ordered a new hot water tank and had it installed the next day. The service was quick, courteous and hassle-free;  I'm not the most patient person in the world, and that's the type of service I look for.

So my new house needs a new tank, who do I look up?  Canadian Water Heaters.  I bought the tank and installation online at 8PM yesterday, got a call this morning and at 5PM today my new tank was installed and working beautifully.  Your installers were polite and very professional.  Meeting expectations and delivering on promises is more than just honesty, it's integrity, and you guys have it in spades.

The volume of hot water had dropped right off and so I called Canadian Water Heaters to come and install a new hot water tank. This was not an emergency but your technician was at our house in under  2-1/2 hours anyway. He explained that he could in fact repair the problem and save us the cost of a new tank. However, as our tank was 12 years old, I decided to replace it.

Within an hour, we had the new tank installed and working. There was no mess, even though the sidewalks were snowy, and I was very impressed with your installers professionalism and helpfulness.

I had lots of questions.

Just wanted to thank your installer for his work today.  I was working upstairs and waiting for him to ask for help holding doors open for the tanks. He was awfully quiet in the basement, and the next time I saw him the whole job was done.  I never even heard the water tanks leave/enter the house. He also spent time to show me the new pilot light equipment as it is different from the old tank.
